On 25 of may,i was at Navy Open Hse at Changi Naval Base! i knew fiona xie will be performing on tat day..coz i'm not sure of the timing she is performing so go jalan jalan somewhere..when my clock ticks till 1330hrs! i heard someone with a very act cute voice speaking on the stage ! My 1st intention was to rush there though i 'm having my lunch! i just left the food beside and rush there! very kaisu and kpo right! actaully becoz my frenz all wanted to see her!

actually i dont really like her! not saying really dont like...just neutral la ...maybe becoz of her look and good figure pple always tell me when they see her....so i kpo go see see was she really tat pretty not! indeed a beautiful girl with nice figure!! but her vocal is abit s-x.. coz i dont like girl with sort of act cute vocal! turn me off! no offend to those who support her! kk end of my DATE with fiona xie!! lolx

City duathlon 2007!

Oakley City duathlon 2007

20 may was the city duathlon(wat is duathlon?? means cycle and running) held at somewhere near marina bay, For the race it consist of a 10KM run , 40KM cycling and end with a 5KM run with the best timing) ....I was abit seh~!! coz the nite b4 i was at my frenz's birthday at boat quay! Whole nite of drinking and w/o sleep till morning six meeting JP for the race!

i had my breakfast at punggol and straight away proceed to our destination marina bay! Upon reaching there, there was so many so called SUNSHINE gal..haha..suddenly all my energy is back!! Our team consist of Me---> Mr ZR, JP chris and uncle neo(captain of the team). We took part in Corporate team challenge which consists of 50 over teams,so each of the team member have to take part in one of the event, Jp chris(FASTEST RUNNER IN MY UNIT...2.4timing CAN HIT 7mins 18sec!! is he a human being?? i wonder??) took the 10kM run, uncle neo will be cycling for 40km and i will be running the 5km!

Finally 0820hr! the race for 10km has starts, No worries for me ...as i knew Jp will be coming in first, after ard close to 4o mins of tanning under the sun..JP is back witha timing of 38mins 02 sec..wahhhhh...tat's very fast in 10km race and was the first to came back to exchanged the tag with uncle neo!!

Second evolution 40km cycling,as we knew tat we r the first to came in.so no worries..hahaha...okie another 1hr and 13mins of tanning! uncle is back!! ohohoh my turn fianlly has come!!

third evolution 5km run! though i'm a bit seh and shag but still start off with a smooth pace! thru the 5km race..i felt really uncomfortable...seen like i was using more strenght as normally i can run! gasping for more O2 and really suffering with the hot sun!Finally i end it with a timing of 21mins 17sec! haiz! why haiz?? coz i can did the 5km in 19 mins!! shit me..regret going for partying !! nvm as long as i did my best..For our total time in the race is 2hr 12mins and 20sec and we got 1st in the corporate team relay!! wah second is behind us with the timing of 2hr 18mins and 59sec!

i was happy when i saw the result..as for the prize, i got oakley wallet,chargeable batteries device,notebook, a trophy,400 hundred dollar voucher for oakley(give it away to uncle neo) and a medal(which i misplace it somewhere ) hahaha!!

luckily our team got 1st or else i will blame myself !this is our result for the duathlon 2007..hahaha..i was happy coz this is the first time i saw my name on site in the 1st place..wahaha!

chevrons run!!

The chevron run

On 24 march 07 ...was the chevron run relay!! me and my fellow buddies representing RSN for the 7KM relay..each have to run 1km with their best timing! i was the last runner of the team!!

For the 1km i run i got the timing of 2mins 59secs....though it might not be the best out of me...but i felt happy tat all the best timing for 1Km run the top 4 is all from RSN..i was the fourth..wahahaha...happy lei!! only the commando overall timing win us by 1mins..arghhhhhhhh!!

Right after the run, all of us went to wild wild wet till evening time then come back!! Kinda of tired but i still went to support my frenz for the Miss Singapore 2007 with trevor!! So happi to see her thru to the Final...i saw Jade Seah on tat day WAH WAH WAHHHHHHHH!! she kinda of pretty and good figure..but just abit...???? okie no comment!! hahahaahaha

sad day!! quit smoking and drinking pls!!

Recently my dad went for check up for ulcer under his tongue! he was diagnosed to mouth cancer!!! haiz!! i was feeling so sad and my heart and mood was dropping to the lowest on tat day!! coz the doc was intended to removed the whole jaw left only half of the face if the affected area is spreading onto his throat and how a person going to face the world with half of the face left1!!!

today he went for his report to see the affected area!! so glad to heard tat the affected area only spread to his lower tongue and some of the fresh below it!! need only to take off the fresh instead of the whole jaw!! there is 50 to 60% of the recovery for cancer and doc is confident he can removed all the cancer cell!! this friday he will be going for the operation!! i will pray hard again everything will be fine!!

So better quit smoking and drinking!!!! before it's too late!

1st biathlon i completed!! wahahaha!!

Singapore Biathlon

After 3months of training, Finally the singapore biathlon 2007 has ended! I completed the 1.5KM swim in 37 mins..though it was very slow..but i'm quite satisfied with it and my 10KM run in 41mins!!! i felt so good after race!! coz probably it was my personal best timing which is 1hr 19mins!!!! wahahahahaa!!!

On tat day of the race!! from the starting of the 1.5KM swim...it was sux!! i try entering the water on the extreme right..but in the end i was being push and kick to the extreme left!! all the people was trying all the "xiao dong zhou" to delay ur swim!! pulling , kcking on face, pulling of goggles and swimming trunks!! so frustrated!! nvm luckily i'm a good guy!! or else hahahaha!!

During the swim it was good for me.. only on certain part of the swim pple trying to irritate u by touching ur legs ..no worries for me..everytime they touches my leg..i will kick on thier hand..wahahaha..not tat i'm bad guy!! it's tat freestyle swim needs kicking to swim wat!! wahahaha!!

Upon reaching the swim exit..U can hear the cheering from people..it was kinda of motivation for every competitor.. So now comes to the running part!! during my 10KM run..i felt quite relax on the run...i think i nv give my 100% for my run..haiz i felt there's still energy after the run..only on the last 500m i open up to pull away from other runner tat r chasing after me...shld have done better!!

This was a few pictures i taken in brunei..nothing much! Just get to know some culture in brunei like

• eg. u can't eat while u r walking at the same time, the people will see u as very weird!
• Brunei is a very rich country earning 6 billion per years from their resources and government needs only 1 billion to manage the country every year after all.
• There is mosque everywhere in the country
• there are total of 43 taxis in the whole country becoz everybody owns a car!
• There is more Sumpang taxi than taxi in their country (e.g small motor boat which fetch people around the river and sea area)
• There is people living above water (e.g like kelong and so called as WATER VILLAGE in brunei)
• Half of the country is covered by jungle!
• There is crocodile in their river!
• The people there are very friendly!
• Seldom i can see pretty girls! heex..
• The crime rate is low as in singapore!

This story consist of 4 crazy fellow Mr R, SEB,Volka and Zr!


Story begins ....22 dec 2006, Mr R was the one introduce us the game! this is how he played the game back in Australia with the Ang mo!

Rules of the game

-Each of us need to drink till some extend b4 the game starts

-need to pour the liqiour into ur mouth for five secs and finished it

-after drinking, one give urself a slash on ur arm or rib using any sharp object..Crazy!

-keep the game going till one of the pple drunk and give up!

On 22 dec 2006, there is 7 of us meet up for a drink at waiting bar at boat quay, Coz Mr R came back from holiday from Australia for 3 months and i promised to intro a gal to him, coz happened tat the gal was the type of gal he interested in. after meeting up..we ordered a bottle of chivas just to wait for all the pple to arrived.

due to boredness, i asked Mr R to intro the game of sadist he played in Australia..haha, but seb and volka overheard our conversation, so they decided to join in the game. Mr R explained the game to us saying tat u will be very high drinking the liqour and slash a cut on ur arm while playing it.

Starting of the game! Volka starts the ball rolling "TAR-ING the liqour" for 5 sec without mixer and give a slash on his fore arm. to my avail, he said"SHIOK" and high coz we have been drinking b4 the game,all of us was quite high while palying the game..

after tat followed by Seb, me and Mr R was the one using the key to cut us..

after a three rds, we ordered one more bottle of chivas and keep the game going, This time rds we all agreed to cut on the rib coz according to wat Mr R say it's more high! So Seb volunteer to be the 1st and follow by us!

After other 3 more rds, i decided to stop the game coz like verybody seen to be addicted to it..Seb and Volka insist on playing, but Mr R and me just simply stop the game.. coz everybody was very high!

After which i saw Volka drunk , follow by Mr R vomit outside the pub..

So It's finally end of the game!

Moral of the story: Just have a feel of the game, seriously it really high but dont try it at home! whahaha...

For this four days of holiday i have been drinking for 3 days..i'm not calling myself a "JIU GUE" but a person who like to drink only!..22nd of oct..Mr Fu,Mr LQ, Mr CH,Mr John and Mr Zr went to drink at the usual pub near bugis..becoz the liqour was cheap and the atmosphere was nice, so we deicided to chill out there.

We order a bottel of liquor and our plan is to make Mr FU drunk! so the usual ROCKZ game again! I will explain to you how to play if u join me for a drink ! heex...So first We started from this game and make our dearest Fu Drink! after 2 hrs, we already make him at least drink half a bottel of it and the pub is closing soon!

So We decided to find a place near Raffles hotel to continue the games again! Already "mabo" Fu seen to be a abit high! His pattern comes again! His usual Loud vocal shouting to pple who is just beside him.. trying to walk bare foot on a paddle of water and thru out the game he had been vomit for "hat-trick " times ....haha..Mr john was "sabo by me in the end to drink half a cup of the liquor comes abit high and finally we accomplished our mission...i like to see pple drunk and vomit..maybe i'm abit saddist..lol! After which we decided to call it a day..with the ending evolution of Mcdonald breakfast again! lolx

This was the second outing to drink on 23 of oct at ah ming's hse.After an outing with daniel at cineleisure with Mr Ming & markie,we decide to go ming's hse to drink.I brought my 1 litre bottel of chivas to his hse!

The drinking competition involve Mr LQ, Mr Zr which is me, Markie and Mr Ming, each of us said to be quite good in drinking.so here comes the games of Big 2! with 1/4 of the chivas and mixer of green tea pouring in a jar with it seperated into four cup of it for each of us to "TAR" b4 starting of the game..

The rules of the game

• pple who pass drink half a cup
• pple lose the game or with most card drink the whole cup of left over liqour
• pple more than 8 cards drink extra one more cup of liqour

so here start our games! For the first game, Mr ming Already drink two cup of it with him passed 4 times and left ,markie and Mr LQ laughing all the way though we also drink a bit of it..End of the 1st game...Half a bottel gone within 15mins and Mr ming drinking most of it though the loser is Mr LQ...Ah ming shouting "toh long" but to put on a brave front not to be the one drunk 1st..he continue the game! SALUTE!!!

Second game of big 2, Mr LQ was a bit high and laughing all the way becoz he got the two biggest 2..during the game he was very high confident he can win the game..and keeping all his card, Ming discoverd he got the biggest 2 and changed the game plan with all the pple slamming five cards..Ah ming slammed the one colour with markie follow thru and end the game beautifully with a full hse Ace! LQ and me lost the game with more than 8 cards and thru out the game, so we need finished one full cup each..with LQ owe us 2 and the half cup of liqour becoz he skip his turn thrice!

After the 1st cup..he drunk! so here we anounce the loser is mr LQ which he still owe us 1 and the half cup! For the rest of the liqour Me, mr Ming and markie finished it..and for a bottel of chivas finished in 30mins is the new rceord timing for 4 of us though we already "mabo"! lol!

Moral of story-Anybody wanna be drunk? play big 2 or rockz!! lolx

On 14 oct 06, Mr Zr, Mr LQ,Mr John, Mr TwB and Mr Fu meet up for Midnight movie session.we watched "the departed" and the show was showing on 345AM..I felt it's a bit waste of money cause i was sleeping for the first hr and only watched the second..nvm at least i knew the end of it wat it trying to say.After movuie..it was already 630am, so we decided to go for Mcdonald breakfast at Plaza Singapura!

So this is the starting of the story!!

As it was early in the morning, all the food was not ready yet..so they need sometime to cook the food..So as we walked to the counter..there is only one Old lady serving us..

I was the first to order! Mr Zr order a hotcake meal

2nd! Mr TwB order a hotcake with Sausage meal and an Egg Maffin!

3rd! Mr john,Mr Fu and Mr LQ order Big Breakfast

So after we order we sit together with our drink and hash brown except for Mr John, he discovered tat he dont have a hash brown ..he was abit puzzled and angry coz after he bought his meal ,he asked for Ketchup and the old lady said they dont have Ketchup! how can it be right? Mcdonald dont have Ketchup! so he was even more angry tat he dont have a hash brown! hahaha..after which the 1st meal was served with 3 big breakfast and a SAUSAGE MCMAFFIN! Mr TwB was abit puzzled by the staff serving him the sausage Mc maffin,but he decided to take it as a gift! so HE ZHUAN DAO AH!! Actually he ordered a EGG MAFFIN ! As Mr TwB was enjoying his Sausage Mc maffin, the staff come again with our hotcake meal and along with a EGG MAFFIN..i was abit puzzled by the egg maffin and look at him with a stunned face..Decided take or not to take? Here comes the Mr john saying" ok leave it here" to the staff.. and telling the staff he dont have a hash brown.. so the staff smile back at him saying later!

Few mins gone again.. Here comes our Fav Mcdonald staff,instead of serving one hash brown..he took 8 hash brown! again 8 hash brown...Mr LQ at 1st thinking whether to take one or the whole tray of it ! but the staff keep pushing the tray to Mr LQ and Here comes the Mr john again..He just said "thank you" with an innocent smile on his face and took the whole tray of it. we were abit stunned at 1st... lolx

after which , i try to control my laughter but once the staff left us...all of us burst into laugher..lolx...So we have Got ourself one free sausage Mc maffin and 7 hash brown minus off john's lost hash brown!
